Hungary to ban Kaspersky from gov't computers

Hungary will ban the use of products from Kaspersky Lab, a Russian company accused of using its software to spy on U.S. government agencies, on all government PCs. The measure is in line with a recently passed decree approved earlier by the European Parliament, HVG reported. The ban extends to all state-owned institutions and business entities.
The U.S. government decided last September to introduce a similar ban on Kaspersky products, citing security issues. The UK has since followed suit in December.
